How to put lighter fluid in a zippo

Here are the steps to refill a Zippo lighter with lighter fluid:
1. Open the Zippo lighter case. You can do this by flipping the lid up.
2. Remove the inside unit from the case by pulling up on the bottom of the insert.
3. Hold the insert upside down and locate the small cotton packing material in the fuel chamber.
4. Using a small funnel or dropper, carefully add Zippo lighter fluid to the cotton packing until it is saturated.
5. Be sure not to overfill the lighter. Stop refilling as soon as the cotton looks wet.
6. Reinsert the unit back into the Zippo lighter case and press down until it snaps into place.
7. Wipe off any excess lighter fluid from the exterior of the lighter and your hands.
8. Close the lid and give the lighter a few minutes for the wick to absorb the fluid before attempting to light it.
